Why we're building this

The current aragonCLI experience is:

1. Bloated
2. Unreliable
3. Unfocused for developers
4. Difficult to maintain and extend functionality, especially good DX

Rather than trying to further strip down and re-build the CLI, the Buidler ecosystem is looking mature, comes with a number of strong features, and has a strong team working behind it.

It looks to be a promising developer-experience experiment that, if successfully, can improve internal and external developer experience, as well as bring the two closer together.

Desired impact

Some impact will be graded as part of the OKRs:

• Released initial plugin by Feb. 14
• Upgraded all internal apps to use plugin (Q1 end)
• Reached 10 dependents on Github (Q1 end)
